I took a $1500 loan with Western Sky which of course was sold to Cash Call. I owe only $500 now on the principle. Has anyone had any luck dealing with them? If so how did you do it. I have no problem making payments to pay back the amount of principle that I owe but not the high interest.
Western Sky is an illegal lender. Since Cash Call has originated with Wester Sky, so this one also considered as illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal amount, i.e $500 only. No need to pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.
