I live in Kentucky and read on this site that internet lending was illegal in Kentucky. I got a payday loan from zip19.com. After I paid it of course they upped the limit and I being behind on things took the larger amount. Long story short I ended up getting a $1300 advance and another one for $1600. I know it was stupid but I was desperate. I was on the verge of loosing my home and it's almost Christmas and I have three children. I lost my job a while back and have been delivering newspapers to try to stay afloat but things gradually fell further and further behind. Now I owe zip 19 two payday loans totaling more than $2300. I don't know what to do, they are constantly calling and obviously if I had that money I would never have used them in the first place much less let it spiral out of control like that.

Welcome to the forums!!!
Zip 19 is an illegal lender. You owe nothing more than the principal. Ask them for a refund if you have already overpaid them. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
