I have a judgement order from the Court to collect funds from a second mortgage. I thought that went with the forcloser. I found out I was wrong. I collect Social Security Disability and Workers Comp. From an injury. Can The Court take any of my money from Social Security or Workers Comp. for this judgement?

No, the court can’t take your Social Security benefit or Workers Compensation since these are exempted from garnishment.

She can file individually. The two of you could not file a joint bcpnruktay until EIGHT (not 7) years after you filed your previous bcpnruktay.The law changed to require EIGHT years between Ch 7 bcpnruktay filings in 2005.
