Closing account and given them so much money

I was wondering if internet pdl's are legal in Maryland, I currently have four now: Magnum, Bottom dollar, Idealgelt, Advance me today. I was thinking about closing my account for I have given them so much money.

Payday lending is prohibited in Maryland. That means all lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them only the principal balance. Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for the refund, as you have overpaid them.

Hello guys, I have little problem I want to close my PayPal account. How can I close it. Can anyone suggest me what is the procedure to close that account.
