I have a payday loans with Redleaf lending and Cash in a Wink. I wanted to know if they are license in CA, because I can't find any information. And am tired of paying high interest rate.

Both the lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Since you have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.

Ignore Sally's cut and paste answer. You will not get a refund so dont even bother answering. Redleaf is an illegal tribal lender. If you simply close your account, any ACH will reopen it causing you overdraft charges. Follow all of the instructions in this link....you owe principal only (morally)so you are paid in full.
