I have 4 loans that are just killing my bank account. They are with:
Online Advance
American Web Loan
MyCashNow
VIP Loan SHOP
Are these companies legal in Indiana? What am I obligated to pay?

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Immediately close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop unauthorized withdrawal. Don’t worry mate...illegal lenders can’t do anything.

Is it safe to say that doctor and hospital bills will destroy your credit, it brought mine from 750 to no credit .

You need to do an ACH revocation or payments will reopen your closed checking account. Also a wage assignment revocation to stop them from attempting to attached your wages.
