Is EZPAYDAYCASH legal in the state of Indiana? I have a newer loan with them for $400, however, I recently paid off a different $400 loan and I paid a total of $1010 toward it.

EZPAYDAYCASH is an illegal lender. You owe them only the principal balance, nothing more than that. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. You should ask them for the refund, as you have already overpaid them.
