How can I get them to stop taking money?

I would like to know if pay day loans are legal in NY. I currently have loans with redstone financial, loan shop, instant loans today and vip loan shop. And how can I get them to stop taking money?

Payday lending is prohibited in NY. That means all lenders in this state are illegal. You owe them only the borrowed amount. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
