Mark my account paid in full

I have been reading the boards regarding Plain Green Loans. Took advice and sent them email today stating that they were illegal in Michigan, that I overpaid them and that they need to mark my account paid in full and refund me for my overpayment.

You have done the right thing by taking the above mentioned steps. But it’s difficult to say whether or not they will return back your money. It fully depends on their discretion. Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
