I got a loan from Fast payday back in 2008 but was unable to pay back. They called to my work and told ,the secretary that they were going to serve me with papers and arrest me. I called then and it was a firm saying I had to pay them at least 200. The total was 800.

What state do you live in? I think Fast payday is an illegal lender. Moreover debts are civil case, not a criminal offense. You can’t get arrested for not paying your debts. Just payback them the principal balance and get out of this vicious cycle.
