I was granted a PayDay Loan by EZPayDayCash.com and couple of months ago and I am on a fixed income so I have a difficult time paying and have paid the interest once and would need to pay it again. I ran into some difficulty with my checking account and stopped my SS check from Direct Deposit into that account. The account is currently in overdraft. The PayDay Loan Company says on their website that they do not give loans to people in the State of PA where I live. What can I do, if anything, to stop them from getting anything more from me?

Payday lending is prohibited in PA. Your lender is illegal in your state. You are required to pay them only the principal balance. No interest, no fees. In this case it would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, illegal lenders can’t take any legal action against you.
