This is a new loan and I've made one payment so far. I was talking to a friend of mine and she said that internet PDL's are illegal in my state. I'm thinking though that QLOOT is a legal loan since it's an installment loan. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

QLOOT is an illegal lender. You owe them only the principal balance i.e $500. As you have already paid them $151, so now you are liable to pay the remaining balance i.e $349. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
