Get on a payment plan with the settlement offer

My Ideal Gelt loan went to Alliance Asset Management. Alliance wants to charge me 1900 for a 1000 loan but they won't let me get on a payment plan with the settlement offer. What should I do now? I live in Maryland.

Welcome to the forums!!!
Payday lending is prohibited in Maryland. Ideal Gelt is an illegal lender. You owe only the principal balance to Alliance Asset Management. As you have already paid them more than principal, so ask them for the refund. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
