I send 2 validation requests to UCB Collections and have received no validation yet. They have reported it to Transunion. I'm disputing with Transunion. Should I send UCB a third DV? I thought it was against the FDCPA to report a debt that hasn't been validated?

Ask UCB Collections to validate the debt again in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. This time also if they don’t give any reply, then show the copy of this validation letter to the credit bureaus and dispute with them. If required, file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
