I currently have a PDL from loan shop online. I live in Iowa and borrowed 500 and have paid over 1200! They have no website, but I emailed them and ask for one to check my account and they responsed with they do not have one. Not sure how I got the loan, just remember it was a phone call I received. Are they legal in Iowa!!

Loan shop online is an illegal lender. You owe them only the principal balance. Ask them for the refund because of overpayment. But there is little chance that they return back your money. You have nothing to do in this case.
