I am trying to find out information for a pay day loan company called red leaf lending. I have a loan with them for 600.00 and have overpaid them 1200. I know what steps I need to take, just need help finding these people and finding out who they are I can not find anything about them, where they are located, who backs them etc.... I am from NJ and have this PDL that one go away. This is the only info I have

Payday lending is prohibited in NJ. Red leaf lending is an illegal lender. You owe them nothing more than the principal amount. Ask them for the refund as you have already overpaid them. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.
