I have 4 Payday loans (on line) and one from Check Mate in AZ. Does anyone know if the Plain Green, My Silver Safe and Payday Nation are legal lenders? Are there any special laws in AZ?

Payday lending is prohibited in AZ. That means all of your lenders are illegal in your state. You are responsible to pay them only the borrowed amount, nothing more than that. No interest, no fees. You should close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry mate...illegal lenders can’t do anything.
