Is the Anasazi Group/CWB Web Services licensed to loan to people that live in the state of Maine? I just did a search on line and was unable to find the answer to this. If someone could let me know, I'd really appreciate it. Also, does anyone know what state they are based out of?

Payday lending is prohibited in Maine. All lenders in this state are illegal. If you have taken out a loan, then you owe them nothing more than the borrowed amount. In this case it would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
