I have a payday loan with discount advance.com and need help. I live in Kentucky and the payday loan was originally for $400 - it's now up to $530 and I’ve paid interest on it several times. What do I do? I cannot pay it back at least not at the rate I’m going. Interest and fees are killing me.

Discount Advance.com is an illegal lender. You owe them nothing more than the principal. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the borrowed amount. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
