How should I handle them?

Have online payday loans out and can't keep up with the payments. I've closed my account that they debit but I need help with how to handle them until I am able to make the payments. Are the following lenders legal in Ohio and if not, how should I handle them? Will they try to garnish my wages?

Both the lenders are not licensed in your state. You owe only the borrowed amount. No interest, no fees. You should close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Illegal lenders can’t garnish your wages.
