I need some advice. I have several pdl's and found they are not licensed in OH where I reside. 2 are off shore companies. Loans were for 400$, I have paid at least 600$ on them each. I faxed letters stating I found they are illegal in my state and I only owe principle. I feel the debt has been fulfilled. Does this sound like I did the right thing? What to do next because they are not cooperating. Keep demanding payments.
Stop giving money to her and send a letter ask for refund your money. if he refuse to giving money to you then take a advice from some good " Credit Services " company before taking any steps against him.

You can’t do anything in this regard. You may ask them for the refund, but it fully depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money. Stay away from them and close down your old bank account.
