How they will respond?

Has anyone ever dealt with Silver Cloud Financial or Mobiloans? I want to send them ACH revocation letters but I am nervous about it. I am in Mississippi and have heard from a previous post that these online companies aren't licensed here. I just do not know how they will respond.

Both Silver Cloud Financial and Mobiloans are illegal in Mississippi. You owe them only the principal. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, illegal lenders can’t do anything.

You can check the license of both company in the company register office in your city. If both companies are illegal than they do nothing against you.
