I live in Ohio and I have 3 pdls that are taking my whole paycheck now. Western Sky which was sold to Cash Call, Plain Green and Great Plains Lending. What can I do? They don't want to work with me to lower my payments. I feel so helpless. I work my butt off to earn my paycheck and all it goes to is fee for the pdl. My check is not even paying the loan down just the darn fees.

All of your lenders are illegal in Ohio. You owe them only the principal. Don’t pay them an extra penny other than the borrowed amount. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money form your account. If you have already overpaid them, then ask them for the refund. Don’t worry, illegal lenders can’t do anything.
