Legal to collect in New York?

Is National Credit Adjusters legit to collect on a pdl. I live in New York and have paid the pdl companies far more than I should have. Can they send me to collections and is this company legal to collect in New York?

Payday lending is prohibited in New York. All the lenders in this state are illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for a refund. Close down your bank account and open a new one.
