I owe 24/7 Green Street $888 (What I borrowed plus their fees). At the moment, I just don't have that to pay back! I wanted to set up some kind of payment plan each month, but they said I couldn't. She said that they wouldn't do a wage garnishment, but that they could actually go through my payroll department and take the $888 at one time from my paycheck. Is this true?

24/7 Green Street is an illegal lender. You owe them nothing more than the principal. Close down your bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, they can’t garnish your wages.
