I live in California and had a delinquent payday loan with Western Sky that has been sold to some sort of collection agency. They now have a "locator" calling my phone, my family, and my job to ask questions about me. I am not sure that this is legit as I have been caught in fraud before. Can they sue me and is it okay for them to harass me on this level?

Western Sky is an illegal lender. You owe nothing to them more than the borrowed amount. Don’t worry mate…illegal lenders can’t do anything. You should file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.
