Just wanted to know if Mobiloans is legal in Kentucky. They have been charging me too much and I am struggling.

No, Mobiloans definitely isn't legal in Kentucky. Forget their charges, for you can't possibly own anything apart from the principal amount.

Welcome to the forums!!!
Mobiloans is illegal all over the state of US. You are required to pay back them only the principal. No interest, no fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry mate….illegal lenders can’t do anything.
