Employer threatening to serve

I have a payday loan with American Web Loan I live in NC. I have been unable to pay them, they have called my employer threatening to serve with papers to take me to court and sue me. I don't have the money to pay these people now. I borrow $300 now they say that I owe then $1400.

Payday lending is prohibited in NC. All the lenders in this state are illegal. You owe nothing more than the borrowed amount. No interest, no fees. You should immediately close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop unauthorized withdrawal. Don’t worry mate….they can’t take any legal action against you.
