Received threatening phone calls

I have an online PDL with VIP Loan Shop and have paid them well over $1000 for a $500 original loan. Ever since I got the loan I have received threatening phone calls from some East Indian that change his name every time. I live in Washington State and I think they loaned the money illegally. Every time I try to make arrangements with them. They ignore me. I need advice

VIP Loan Shop is an illegal lender. You are required to pay them only the principal. Since you have already paid them more than principal, so ask them for the refund. But it depends on their discretion whether or not to return back your money. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
