Places legal?

I am from Ohio and have 3 online loans. Mobiloans, I borrowed $500, I have paid 440 and still owe 500. Ace cash express borrowed $400 and have paid back 200 and still owe 350. Plain green, borrowed $600 and have paid 107 and still owe 1177. Is there anything I can do? Are these places legal?

Welcome to the forums!!!
Mobiloans and Plain Green are illegal lenders. But Ace Cash express is a legal lender. You owe both the principal and interest to the legal lender. As far as the illegal lenders are concerned, you owe nothing more than the principal. Don’t pay them any interest and fees. In this case it would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one.
