I live in Missouri and need to know if Pay Day Max is legal in my state. I am getting my letter ready to mail out and just want to make sure. Do you have any experience about them? How did your settlement with them go?

Payday Max is an illegal lender. You owe nothing more than the principal amount. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
