I fell behind on a few payments to Plain Green, so far they have e-mailed me numerous times and they have called my place of employment almost everyday. Does this qualify as harassment?

They have no right to call at your place of employment. You should talk to them and tell them about your payment plan and ask them to stop calling you at your workplace.

Plain is illegal all over the state of US. You owe nothing more than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
