I have recently been contacted by a very rude person with Integrity pay day loan that is old loan for me since 2011. Can they sue me for that? I am in California. We were going to make a payment arrangement back in 2011 because I was on medical disability. Now they are calling and harassing, that they are the legal department.

Integrity payday loan is an illegal lender. Don’t worry, they can’t sue you. You owe nothing more than the principal. If required, file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
You can also inform about this to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
its probably not legitimate if they seem seriously angry. if they knew they had the legal right of way, they probably wouldn't have to act like this.
