I am still trying to determine if Ace Cash Express is legal or not. I took out a PDL online in the amount of $350 I have since paid 277 of it with all the fees. I know that Ace has storefront stores in Ohio. Anyone knows if they are legal or illegal.

Ace Cash Express is a legal lender. You are liable for both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with your lender and set up a payment arrangement with them.
