I need some advice. I live in Tennessee and I am drowning in payday loans. I am considering a consolidation but I seem to have bad judgment lately. I really just want to regain my paycheck back which will get me back on track. I just really need some advice on what to do. Can someone help?
If you can put a check on your unguided spending behavior, then consolidating your payday loans might be a good debt relief alternative. Or else, you may have to file for bankruptcy in order to get rid of the judgment.
Lead a frugal lifestyle and go for a credit counseling session. That'd help.

What are the names of the pdl companies? Are your lenders licensed in your state? If yes, then try to consolidate your debts on your own. If no, then just pay back them the principal and get out of this cycle asap.
