Refuse to drafting ACH payments

I have 2 payday loans. One with Mobiloans for 750 and one with Silver Star financial for 675. I asked these companies to stop drafting ACH payments from my account and they refuse to. Are these companies licensed in Mississippi? What should I do?

Welcome to the forums!!!
Both of these lenders are illegal. You owe nothing more than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry mate….they can’t do anything.
