Yes you can fax but cert is the way to go if you fax keep the
fax report to shoe time and date sent. Do a cover letter with
the name address of co and person it is sent to then call the
person that you sent the fax to. AKA Dice Bolt

Though sending letter via fax is more convenient but it’s risky. It would be better for you to send letter to CA’s via certified mail with a return receipt request.
