Has anyone in New York closed down their account and was able to deal with these illegal lenders?

What are the names of the illegal lenders? How much did you borrow from them? You owe only the principal. No interest, no fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop unauthorized withdrawal. Don’t worry, illegal lenders can’t do anything.
