Giving refund

I have 3 legal payday loans and 4 illegal payday loans. I’m lagging behind my payments on the legal payday loans. I have paid more than the principal amount to the illegal payday loan lenders. The illegal payday loan lenders are not giving any refund. What can I do in this situation?

Welcome to the forums!!!
You can’t do anything. It fully depends on illegal lenders discretion whether or not to return back your money. As far as the legal loans are concerned, you are liable for both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with your lenders and set up a payment arrangement with them.
