Still collection calls

I have about 4 pay day loans and have been harassed for two of them from a man called Robert Marshall claiming to work for these places and threatening to arrest me well got him to stop calling thanks to my boss. But there are still collection calls on the other ones but not from the company I got the loans.

Debts are civil, not a criminal offense. So you can’t get arrested for that. What are the names of the pdl companies? How much did you borrow from them? Are your lenders licensed in your state?

Giving threat is the violation of the FDCPA laws. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC. Don’t worry, you can’t get arrested as debts are civil, not a criminal offense.
