Stop drafting ACH payments

I have 2 payday loans. One with Mobiloans for 750 and one with Silver Star financial for 675. I asked these companies to stop drafting ACH payments from my account and they refuse to. Are these companies licensed in Mississippi? What should I do?

Welcome to the forums!!!
Both the companies are illegal in your state. You owe nothing more than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.

Stop drafting ACH payments

You are required to pay only the principal to your illegal lenders. No interest, no fees. Ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them. Donâ€™t worry mate, they canâ€™t do anything.
