No money to pay the payment

I have a debt to a credit card company. I have no money to pay the payment they want. Today i got a call from a layers office trying to collect the debt. I explained my situation behind on house payment and no money. They threaten to take me to court. Can they garnish my wages? I live in Ohio.

Welcome to the forums!!!
At first ask the CA to validate the debt in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. If they give you a valid proof, then try to negotiate with them. If the CA is real, then they have all rights to sue you. Once the court issues a judgment against you, the CA can garnish your wages also.
