I have a Judgement on my credit report that I did not know was there, until I applied for credit. I called the "organization" that has the Judgement against me and they said I have the Judgement due to an unpaid balance. The balance I was completely unaware of! Now how do I get this Judgement off my credit report. I was never summoned, nor did I ever receive a bill or invoice for the "supposed" balance due.

Any information would be appreciated.

You should immediately dispute with the credit bureaus. If required inform this matter to the court.
