I am hearing several things about payday loan laws in Arkansas. Some people say that payday loans are legal here. Some people are saying that they are illegal. I am totally confused. Which one is true? I have 3 payday loans. I want to get out of them?

Everything I read says it is illegal in Arkansas. You may want to contact your attorney generals office so that you have the information directly in front of you when dealing with the payday loan people. They are gonna get pretty aggressive once you stop paying them, the more you know the better. I suggest that you call your attorney general and get the information that is relevant so you can read it directly to them when they start their reign of terror when trying to collect an illegal debt.
