1. Seaside cash: took $400 loan, paid $75 so far. 2. Cash in a wink: took out loan for $400, have paid back $788. Sent letter to them about ach and only communicate through email or mail. They keep saying I have to call. They also send texts about making a payment. Please advice on how to handle. I have successfully gotten two loans deemed paid in full thanks to advice on this site.

Both Seaside cash and Cash in a wink are illegal lenders. You are required to pay back only the principal. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the principal. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for a refund. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop unauthorized withdrawal.
