I have a company calling me for an unpaid debt 13 years ago. It is not the same company collecting it is another agency.
Am I still going to have to pay it?

Ask them to validate the debt in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. I think the SOL in your state has already expired. So they won’t be able to take any legal action against you. If they don’t give any reply, then don’t pay them a penny.
