Who should I send?

I have 2 charge-off accounts on my credit history. But each one of them has got reported several times: first by the original creditor, and by the collection agencies. I'm confused. Who should I send PFD letter to- the collection agency or the original creditor?

You should send the PFD letter to the person to whom your account has been assigned.
