I have 3 legal payday loans and 4 illegal payday loans. I’m lagging behind my payments on the legal payday loans. I have paid more than the principal amount to the illegal payday loan lenders. The illegal payday loan lenders are not giving any refund. What can I do in this situation?

You can’t do anything in this regard. It fully depends on illegal lenders discretion whether or not they will return back your money. As per your legal loans are concerned, you may try to negotiate with them and set up a payment arrangement with them.
