I am trying to find out if National Cash Lenders is legal/illegal in the state of TX. I took out a loan of 400 dollars, and I have already paid back 400 dollars....they are now saying that I have a balance of over 400 dollars. I thought that I read that they were illegal in the state of TX...how do I go about finding this out. Again it was an internet loan, I live in the state of TX, and the company is National Cash Lenders. You’re help is greatly appreciated
How do I go about finding this out?
Welcome to the forums!!!
National Cash Lenders is illegal in TX. You owe principal only. Don’t pay back them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.

Of course it would. If NOT paniyg you debts in full AND as you agreed, did not have a significant impact on your credit score, then what would??References : Was this answer helpful?
