I have filed bankruptcy few months back. But one of my creditors is still making collection calls. What should I do? Can't I get rid of them even after filing bankruptcy?
Who is the creditor? There are a few places that you can't file BK on. Whoever you filed BK through, they should have contacted your creditors by now. When that particular creditor calls again, call the lawyer (or firm) you filed BK through and let them know.
